Home / Sponsor
Reach firm owners while they weigh what’s next.
Each Thursday issue carries one primary sponsor, clearly labeled. We’re opening eight founding slots at a launch rate for the companies that back the brief from the start.
A plain note on numbers. Firm Owner Brief hasn’t sent its first issue, so there are no audience figures yet, and we won’t estimate any. Founding pricing reflects that you’re booking early. After your issue runs, you get the actual numbers from our sending platform: delivered recipients, opens and clicks on your link.

Who we write for
The people deciding whether to sell, merge or stay independent.
This describes our editorial focus, not a measured audience. We’ll publish real readership numbers once there are some to report.
Firm owners and partners
Owners, managing partners and partners of US CPA and accounting firms weighing a sale, a merger, outside investment or independence.
The deal side
Leaders at PE-backed platforms, PE deal teams, M&A advisors, practice brokers and lenders who follow the same market.
Firm vendors
Teams at the software and service companies that sell to accounting firms.

Terms
The rules that keep the brief worth reading
Readers trust the brief because sponsors can’t buy coverage. These terms protect that, and they apply to every sponsor, including PE platforms, brokers, advisors and lenders.
- Labeling. Every paid placement is marked “Sponsored.”
- Editorial independence. Sponsorship doesn’t buy coverage. Sponsors have no input on, or approval of, editorial content. You approve the proof of your own ad, and only that.
- Disclosure. If a sponsor appears in a deal we report, that item says so.
- One primary sponsor per issue. Category exclusivity isn’t included.
- House style. We may lightly edit ad copy to match the issue. You see the final version before it goes out.
- Our right to decline. We can turn down any ad that doesn’t fit our readers, is misleading or breaks the law or platform rules. A declined booking is refunded in full.
- If we miss. If we miss the agreed date or the issue fails to send, we run your ad in the next issue at no charge or refund you in full, your choice.
- No guarantees on opens or clicks. We report what actually happened.
- Your data stays yours, and so does ours. Sponsors never receive the subscriber list.
